What you will do
- Develop and implement strategic territory plans to ensure revenue objectives are exceeded.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial execution through to forecasting excellence.
- Execute demand generation activities in collaboration with Business Development, Partner, and Marketing teams.
- Drive engagement with stakeholders and C-level executives both internally and at customer organizations.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data Science teams to delight customers.
- Ensure delivery and value realization for customers throughout their entire lifecycle.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in quota-bearing software or project sales roles.
- Deep knowledge of the Insurance industry and its various lines of business.
- Extensive background in deal strategy and complex negotiations.
- Perfect fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
- Ability to work from the Tokyo, Japan region.
