What you will do

  • Develop and implement strategic territory plans to ensure revenue objectives are exceeded.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process, from initial execution through to forecasting excellence.
  • Execute demand generation activities in collaboration with Business Development, Partner, and Marketing teams.
  • Drive engagement with stakeholders and C-level executives both internally and at customer organizations.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data Science teams to delight customers.
  • Ensure delivery and value realization for customers throughout their entire lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in quota-bearing software or project sales roles.
  • Deep knowledge of the Insurance industry and its various lines of business.
  • Extensive background in deal strategy and complex negotiations.
  • Perfect fluency in Japanese and professional proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work from the Tokyo, Japan region.
