What you will do
- Grow a defined book of business across dental practices and DSOs to increase adoption and loan volume.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with practice owners, office managers, and clinical teams.
- Lead monthly and quarterly performance reviews using data to uncover growth opportunities.
- Deliver training and coaching to office staff to improve financial presentation and patient conversion.
- Execute territory plans including routing, segmentation, and prioritized account focus.
- Maintain CRM discipline and provide field insights to shape product and go-to-market strategies.
Requirements
- 3+ years in field sales, account management, or practice consulting, preferably in dental or healthcare.
- Proven track record of growing existing accounts through strategic influence and data-driven conversations.
- Experience coaching front-line staff in technology-enabled or workflow-driven environments.
- Strong business acumen and comfort with performance metrics and revenue planning.
- Willingness to travel 50%+ (including overnights).
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM systems.
