What you will do
- Develop and execute data-driven account strategies to drive revenue, market share, and profitability in Queensland's mining landscape.
- Identify and convert new opportunities within existing and emerging underground coal operations to grow customer portfolios.
- Act as the primary point of accountability for customer relationships, balancing operational and commercial priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with service, parts, engineering, and product teams to deliver integrated, customer-focused solutions.
- Manage pipelines and customer insights using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Travel regularly to customer sites across Queensland to engage with frontline and senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Experience in account or service management within underground mining or heavy industry.
- Strong technical understanding of underground coal equipment such as continuous miners, shuttle cars, feeder breakers, and longwalls.
- Proven ability to grow customer portfolios and deliver commercial outcomes.
- Ability to operate across both operational and strategic conversations with customers.
- Experience working across multiple business functions to deliver cohesive outcomes.
- Location: Must be able to work onsite in Parkhurst, Queensland, Australia
