What you will do
- Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of SMB and midmarket customers, driving retention and revenue performance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders to build and maintain trusted relationships.
- Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer priorities, identifying opportunities for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
- Drive new business growth through expansion into existing accounts and acquisition of new customers.
- Collaborate with internal sales specialists, services, customer success, and operations teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain pipeline visibility and provide accurate revenue forecasts and performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage customer portfolios, drive renewals, and develop sales pipelines.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify customer needs and position technology solutions.
- Demonstrated capability in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic account planning.
- Experience working with CRM systems, managing forecasting, and tracking account performance.
- Background in account management or B2B sales within a technology, services, or solutions environment.
- Must be based in North Sydney, Australia
