What you will do
- Own the sales target and grow a team of managers and account executives for net-new logo acquisition across strategic accounts.
- Lead full enterprise sales cycles for 6- and 7-figure contracts, engaging personally with C-suite and VP-level buyers.
- Define and refine the enterprise sales playbook, including qualification methodologies, discovery frameworks, and negotiation approaches.
- Hire, onboard, and develop world-class enterprise AEs through structured coaching and development programs.
- Establish forecasting discipline and pipeline review cadences to ensure operational rigor.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align the roadmap with field intelligence and demand generation.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
- 4+ years of experience managing and scaling quota-carrying teams.
- Proven track record of closing 6- and 7-figure ACV deals in multi-threaded stakeholder environments.
- Ability to hold substantive technical conversations with VPs of Engineering or Heads of AI.
- Proficiency with MEDDPICC or similar enterprise qualification frameworks.
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, document intelligence, or developer tooling into large enterprises.
- Strong network of enterprise relationships in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or legal verticals.
- Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
- Previous experience as an early sales leader at a company scaling from Series A/B.
