hirify.global is building an enterprise automation platform for cross-application workflows to help solutions engineering teams automate onboarding and product setup.

What you will do

• Partner with founders to build a repeatable GTM engine across outbound, pipeline generation, and partnerships.
• Create internal tools and systems using AI and automation to eliminate manual work.
• Develop sales collateral, ROI narratives, and GTM playbooks based on customer feedback.
• Maintain and sharpen messaging, positioning, and internal sales documentation.
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects to completion.
• Act as a strategic extension of the founding team, coordinating next steps across product and sales.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in startups, consulting, finance, investing, or operations.
• Must be based in San Francisco for in-person work.
• AI-native mindset with a habit of using and adopting new AI tools daily.
• Strong communication skills to synthesize complex information into simple narratives.
• Analytical approach and high level of ownership (high agency).

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage B2B SaaS or AI company.
• Knowledge of solutions engineering, implementation, or enterprise software.
• Experience with outbound sales, partnerships, or founder-led growth.
