TL;DR

Account Executive (AI Infrastructure): Driving revenue growth and scaling the GTM engine for an AI observability platform with an accent on technical discovery and outbound workflow automation. Focus on converting high-intent inbound leads and establishing a repeatable sales playbook.

Location: On-site in San Francisco; 5 days in-office is non-negotiable. Open to candidates who are genuinely excited to relocate.

Compensation: Expected OTE $200K – $225K (Base $100K – $125K) + Equity (0.15% – 0.35%)

What you will do

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
  • Convert high-intent product signups and inbound leads into revenue using multi-channel outreach.
  • Build and document a repeatable and scalable sales playbook.
  • Design automated outbound workflows using tools like Clay, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Conduct technical discovery with CTOs and AI leads regarding APIs and deployment architecture.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to refine product positioning.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of closing experience selling developer tools, AI infrastructure, or conversational AI.
  • Degree in AI/Engineering or Sales Engineering experience (required) to conduct technical discovery on APIs.
  • Proven track record of full-cycle ownership without SDR or SE support.
  • Hands-on experience with Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and daily use of AI tools (GPT, Claude).
  • Experience in early-stage startups (Seed to Series B) contributing to GTM strategy.
  • Based in San Francisco or willing to relocate.
