TL;DR

Founding Enterprise Front-Line Manager (AI): Leading and developing a team of Enterprise Account Executives to build hirify.global's strategic customer relationships with an accent on defining the enterprise sales motion and playbook. Focus on scaling upmarket expansion, managing complex $100K+ ACV deals, and aligning GTM strategy with product direction.

Location: In-person role based in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

hirify.global helps AI teams ingest real-world enterprise data using state-of-the-art vision models to read unstructured documents like PDFs and spreadsheets.

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Enterprise AEs focusing on multi-stakeholder sales cycles with $100K–$1M+ ACV targets.
  • Define and implement the enterprise sales motion, including qualification methodology, discovery frameworks, and executive engagement strategies.
  • Build and refine the enterprise sales playbook, covering competitive positioning and champion development.
  • Establish forecasting practices, pipeline review cadences, and CRM hygiene standards for the enterprise segment.
  • Partner with RevOps, Marketing, and Product to align on ICP, demand generation, and influence the product roadmap.
  • Hire, onboard, and ramp a world-class team of Enterprise AEs as the company scales.

Requirements

  • 6–10+ years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience.
  • 2–4 years in a management or player/coach capacity with a proven track record of scaling high-performing teams.
  • Experience closing or managing complex deals with $100K+ ACV.
  • Technical acumen in API-based products and the AI/ML infrastructure landscape.
  • Comfort with MEDDPICC or equivalent qualification frameworks.
  • Must be based in or work from the San Francisco or New York offices.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI/ML infrastructure, document processing, or developer tooling into enterprise accounts.
  • Established network of enterprise relationships in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or legal.
  • Experience with usage-based or consumption pricing models.
  • Previous experience building an enterprise sales function from scratch at an early-stage company.
