TL;DR

Location: Flex role based in Las Vegas or Reno, NV

Salary: $92,430 – $105,000 USD

What you will do

  • Administer health, welfare, retirement, and wellness programs for U.S. employees.
  • Lead the transformation and integration of company benefits programs.
  • Manage the full leave of absence lifecycle (FMLA, ADA, COBRA) via a vendor-supported model.
  • Coordinate with Payroll, People & Culture, and external vendors to ensure data integrity and SLA adherence.
  • Support annual open enrollment, including employee communications and system testing.
  • Maintain SOPs and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • 6–9 years of progressive experience in benefits administration, leave administration, or HR operations.
  • Must be based in Las Vegas or Reno, NV.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. benefits regulations including FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, or similar HRIS and case management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Nice to have

  • CEBS, PHR, or SHRM-CP certifications.
