What you will do

• Develop and execute the global benefits strategy aligned with business priorities and local market norms.
• Oversee benefits programs across 50 countries, including health, wellness, and retirement offerings.
• Ensure all benefits plans are fully compliant with local laws, tax regulations, and reporting requirements.
• Manage global and local vendors and brokers, including selection, performance review, and contract negotiation.
• Monitor benefits utilization, cost trends, and ROI to inform budget and forecasting decisions.
• Oversee the administration of employee leaves and workers’ compensation claims.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive experience in global benefits management.
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
• Essential experience managing benefits across multiple regions (Americas, EMEA, APAC).
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
