What you will do

• Manage the complete P&L accounting process for the defined district, ensuring accuracy in income and profitability reporting.
• Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements to management.
• Analyze account variances between actual figures and forecasts to recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee the material and inventory cost accounting function for the designated region.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership and finance teams to provide operational insights.
• Implement best practices and process improvements within the accounting function.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience, preferably with full P&L responsibility.
• Experience working with SAP.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP accounting and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model reporting out of Dublin, OH
