What you will do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes for all Americas entities.
• Manage the global consolidation process for all subsidiaries, ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
• Develop and mentor the accounting team while maintaining robust internal controls.
• Coordinate external audit processes and documentation.
• Partner with FP&A to provide accounting insights and variance analysis.
• Oversee system implementations and integrations related to global financial processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in controllership, consolidations, and financial analytics.
• Strong proficiency in US GAAP accounting standards.
• Experience with global ERP and consolidation platforms.
• Proven ability to work in a complex, multi-entity global environment.
