What you will do

• Lead and improve site reliability and mechanical integrity programs to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analyses of equipment failures to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage the Management of Change (MOC) process for maintenance and engineering modifications.
• Develop and maintain maintenance documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead Equipment Hazard and Workplace Analyses to mitigate operational risks.
• Support the planning and execution of reliability and maintenance capital projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mechanical or electrical preferred).
• Minimum of 2 years of industry experience, preferably in a chemical plant or minerals processing facility.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma training.
• Experience with SAP or similar maintenance management software.
