What you will do

• Manage the preventive maintenance function to minimize equipment downtime in a manufacturing environment.
• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Administer the SAP-based preventive maintenance scheduling system, including work order tracking and closure.
• Ensure all maintenance records, logs, and certification documents are accurate and audit-ready.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support new product and process development.
• Manage spare parts inventory and monitor maintenance budgets to ensure efficient resource utilization.

Requirements

• Must be able to work on-site in Bethlehem, PA.
• Associate or Technical School degree in an applicable discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in preventive maintenance, including at least 3 years in a management role.
• Experience with medium to high-volume automated manufacturing systems.
• Proficiency with SAP ERP or equivalent systems and MS Office.
• Ability to be on-call 24/7 for facility emergencies and work occasional weekends.

• Experience in a regulated industry such as pharmaceutical, medical device, or biologics.
