What you will do

• Develop and continuously improve a work order-based maintenance system to plan and execute activities efficiently.
• Implement and sustain preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Supervise, coach, and develop a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and safety teams to improve equipment uptime and drive operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and regulatory requirements (OSHA, PSM, EPA) for chemical plant operations.
• Manage capital projects, turnarounds, and equipment upgrades using SAP.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial maintenance.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role within a chemical or process manufacturing environment.
• Experience developing and managing work order systems and utilizing SAP.
• Knowledge of OSHA, PSM, and EPA regulatory and safety standards.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fontana, US.

Nice to have

• Certifications in maintenance or reliability (e.g., CMRP, CRL, PMP).
• Experience within Process Safety Management (PSM) environments.
• Familiarity with Root Cause Analysis (RCA), FMEA, and Reliability Engineering.
