Location: Hybrid (Seattle, WA) - In-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly

Salary: $168,000 – $200,000

What you will do

• Maintain a complete and auditable Regulatory Inventory across all entities and jurisdictions, ensuring obligations are traceable to active controls.
• Lead the end-to-end regulatory change program from intake and impact assessment through to implementation and validated closure.
• Drive control mapping and rationalization to eliminate redundancy and enforce evidence standards.
• Own the operational design of the program's technology stack, including the adoption of AI-enabled tools to scale capacity.
• Manage and develop a team of direct reports, building program management capability within the compliance function.
• Deliver reporting on inventory completeness and control coverage to the CCO and the Audit and Risk Committee.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA.
• Proven experience in building systems that connect regulatory obligations to compliance controls.
• Expertise in leading the regulatory change lifecycle, including horizon scanning and impact assessment.
• Experience managing and developing professional staff.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Security, Product, and Engineering teams.
