What you will do

• Lead enterprise compliance and strategy, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer.
• Build and scale compliance and privacy programs across clinical operations and telehealth initiatives.
• Develop privacy policies and oversight for protected health information (PHI) in coordination with security and legal teams.
• Design compliant care models and translate complex regulations into scalable business processes.
• Represent the company during regulatory audits and payer discussions.
• Build and manage a high-performing compliance team with effective organizational design.

Requirements

• 10+ years of healthcare compliance leadership in complex, regulated environments.
• Deep expertise in HIPAA, TEFCA, Medicare, and fraud, waste, and abuse regulations.
• Proven track record of executing compliance strategies aligned with market expansion and risk management.
• Experience leading large-scale audit and risk functions with measurable business impact.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (JD, MPH, MBA) or CHC certification preferred.
• Must be based in Nashville, TN
