Location: Remote within the United States (excluding AK, DE, HI, LA, NE, ND, RI, SD, VT, WV, DC, and PR)

Salary: $75,000–$78,000 base; OTE $140,000–$146,000

What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle for new dental practice clients, from prospecting to closing.
  • Develop and execute detailed business plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
  • Conduct consultative discovery sessions and product demonstrations to highlight solution value.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales stages within the CRM.
  • Collaborate with internal dental sales representatives to identify and drive incremental business opportunities.
  • Represent the company at industry trade shows and conventions as required.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS or practice management software sales.
  • Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
  • Proven track record in outbound selling and winning new logos.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business acumen.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual environments.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Prior expertise in the dental market.
