Location: Remote within the United States (excluding AK, DE, HI, LA, NE, ND, RI, SD, VT, WV, DC, and PR)
Salary: $75,000–$78,000 base; OTE $140,000–$146,000

What you will do
- Manage the full sales cycle for new dental practice clients, from prospecting to closing.
- Develop and execute detailed business plans to meet monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Conduct consultative discovery sessions and product demonstrations to highlight solution value.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales stages within the CRM.
- Collaborate with internal dental sales representatives to identify and drive incremental business opportunities.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and conventions as required.
Requirements
- 5 to 8 years of experience in SaaS or practice management software sales.
- Must be based in the United States (excluding specific restricted states).
- Proven track record in outbound selling and winning new logos.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and business acumen.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for in-person and virtual environments.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or marketing.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Prior expertise in the dental market.
