What you will do

• Own the full-cycle recruitment process for Software Engineering roles in partnership with leadership.
• Execute creative, data-driven sourcing strategies to engage top technical talent.
• Manage hiring pipelines and maintain data integrity within the ATS (Greenhouse).
• Provide stakeholders with data-informed hiring recommendations and progress updates.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership to optimize process efficiency and candidate experience.
• Support hiring surges or special projects across other technical teams as needed.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience specifically for software engineering roles.
• Must be based in and work on-site 5 days/week in Lehi, Utah.
• Proven track record of hiring for high-growth or product-led tech companies.
• Experience with an ATS, preferably Greenhouse.
• Strong ability to leverage data to drive recruiting decisions and time management.
• Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies, compensation structures, and candidate assessment.
