TL;DR

Senior Commercial Account Executive, Acquisition (Infrastructure Technology): Driving new business growth across the Eastern US region by identifying and closing opportunities for Grafana Cloud and Enterprise with an accent on consultative sales and technical value articulation. Focus on managing the full sales lifecycle from outbound prospecting to closing and ensuring seamless handoffs to the Growth team.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Remote)

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 OTE

What you will do

  • Prospect and close new business in the Eastern US region to meet quarterly and annual sales goals.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including outbound prospecting, product demos, proofs of concept, and negotiations.
  • Articulate the value proposition of both Grafana Cloud and Grafana Enterprise to potential customers.
  • Maintain a rigorous sales pipeline and track customer data using Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team for a seamless handoff after the trial phase.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Infrastructure Technology Sales.
  • Proven track record as a top 10% performer in a competitive environment.
  • Experience using Salesforce for pipeline management.
  • Strong communication skills for both virtual and in-person relationship building.
  • Experience with Command of the Message and MEDD(P)ICC frameworks.
  • Must be based in the US.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with open source technology.
  • Technical background with a history of selling technical products.
