What you will do
- Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Engage technical teams and C-level executives to evangelize database solutions.
- Execute territory planning and account management strategies for strategic enterprise customers.
- Deliver compelling presentations and articulate value propositions based on industry trends.
- Manage the full sales cycle and document all opportunities within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with peers to share best practices and contribute to broader sales strategies.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in database, data management, or SaaS.
- Must be located in the United States, preferably in NY, Austin, or the Bay Area.
- Strong foundational understanding of database technologies and data platforms.
- Proven ability to guide prospects through complex sales processes using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
- Demonstrated track record of influencing and negotiating with senior leadership and C-level executives.
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, disciplined team environment.
