What you will do

  • Source, develop, and close new business opportunities to exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Engage technical teams and C-level executives to evangelize database solutions.
  • Execute territory planning and account management strategies for strategic enterprise customers.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and articulate value propositions based on industry trends.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and document all opportunities within Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with peers to share best practices and contribute to broader sales strategies.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in database, data management, or SaaS.
  • Must be located in the United States, preferably in NY, Austin, or the Bay Area.
  • Strong foundational understanding of database technologies and data platforms.
  • Proven ability to guide prospects through complex sales processes using methodologies like MEDDPICC.
  • Demonstrated track record of influencing and negotiating with senior leadership and C-level executives.
  • Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, disciplined team environment.
