Salary: $139,200 - $208,800 USD (for US residents)

What you will do
- Lead, manage, and develop a team of operations professionals across CSM Ops, Renewals Ops, and PS Ops.
- Prioritize CX operational requirements for systems including Gainsight, Salesforce, and PS project management platforms.
- Partner with Revenue Strategy, Finance, and Sales to operationalize go-to-market initiatives and resolve operational issues.
- Establish operational cadences for forecast reviews, renewal health reporting, and pipeline hygiene.
- Deliver data views and reporting connecting team performance to outcomes like renewal rates, churn, and PS utilization.
- Oversee PS financial operations, including margin tracking, rate card management, and revenue recognition compliance.
Requirements
- Progressive experience across Customer Success, Renewals, and Professional Services operations.
- Proven people management experience, specifically developing distributed teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
- Fluency with Gainsight, Salesforce, and PS project management platforms such as Kantata.
- Working knowledge of PS financial operations, including margin tracking and rate card structures.
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate ambiguous business questions into structured solutions.
