Salary: $217,000 - $303,900 USD

What you will do

• Lead the engineering team building products, APIs, and data integrations for off-platform signals.
• Scale and evolve the APIs and tooling that power the signals ecosystem.
• Drive adoption of hirify.global's Conversions API and associated integrations.
• Own the team's roadmap, ensuring consistent and predictable delivery of projects.
• Mentor engineers, help them identify career goals, and create development plans.
• Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Sales to improve advertiser outcomes and revenue.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 2+ years of experience leading engineering teams.
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
• Professional experience in the Ads domain.
• Ability to develop and communicate a clear technical strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience with conversion signals, signals integrations, and mobile measurement partner (MMP) integrations.
• Experience with measurement vendor integrations.
