What you will do
- Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners.
- Build partner relationships through Slack, email, and video calls.
- Monitor CPI, CPM, CTR, ARPDAU, and related performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare performance reports and present Quarterly Business Reviews to partners and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to resolve partner issues and deliver solutions.
- Identify upselling opportunities and translate partner feedback into product and strategy recommendations.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR metrics.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience turning data into actionable insights and presenting results in QBR meetings.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Sheets and Slides.
- Proficient English required.

- Fluency in Mandarin, Thai, or Vietnamese.
