What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of app publisher partners to drive mutual revenue and long-term success.
• Build and nurture strong partner relationships through consistent communication and strategic engagement.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities and maximize results.
• Develop and present performance reports and Quarterly Business Reviews to partners and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Tech, and Business teams to troubleshoot issues and deliver impactful solutions.
• Identify upselling opportunities and translate market insights into actionable product recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in AdTech, mobile advertising, or digital marketing.
• Solid understanding of industry metrics such as CPI, CPM, CPC, ARPDAU, and CTR.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Sheets and Slides for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English is required.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
