Channel Partner Manager (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through the partner ecosystem in South Asia with an accent on commercial strategy and relationship management. Location: Based in Singapore (Office-centric hybrid schedule: Mon, Tue, Thu in office).
Salary: 262,000 - 298,000 SGD (OTE)

What you will do
- Drive revenue in South Asia by actively participating in the sales cycle from discovery to close.
- Coach and equip partners to run high-quality discovery conversations and map customer needs to ’s capabilities.
- Deliver compelling executive-level presentations and business cases to senior stakeholders.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop scaled services partners and Certified Pros.
- Own regional performance metrics and track accountability for revenue goals.
- Develop joint GTM plans focusing on real customer outcomes and long-term success.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in channel partnerships and B2B SaaS sales with a proven track record of carrying a sales quota.
- Ability to conduct deep discovery and coach partner teams on identifying customer pain points.
- Strong storytelling skills for dynamic product demonstrations and executive engagement.
- Experience building and scaling partner programs effectively without sacrificing quality.
- Deep understanding of the full B2B SaaS sales motion: pipeline generation, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in Hindi is a plus.
