What you will do

• Own a book of strategic enterprise accounts in Singapore to drive new logo acquisition and expansion revenue.
• Manage full-cycle sales processes from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
• Build account strategies connecting hirify.global's capabilities to the technical and business priorities of CTOs and engineering leaders.
• Create pipeline through outbound prospecting, executive mapping, and partner referrals.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success to ensure customers realize value quickly.
• Navigate complex enterprise procurement, including security reviews and legal negotiations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in technical SaaS, AI, developer tools, or infrastructure.
• Proven track record of selling into strategic large enterprise accounts in Singapore.
• Experience navigating complex buying committees across Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, and Finance.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to build pipeline from scratch through outbound prospecting.
• Comfort working in an early-stage, resource-constrained environment.
• Must be located in or have valid work authorization for Singapore.
