What you will do

• Identify and acquire new mobile gaming and app advertisers in the GCR region.
• Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation and reach-outs to closing.
• Grow existing partner portfolios to generate incremental revenue for both parties.
• Analyze performance KPIs and trends to optimize partner growth strategies.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
• Prepare and present performance reports and presentations to partners.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in account management and operations, preferably in adtech or mobile advertising.
• Strong understanding of standard adtech KPIs (CPI, eCPM, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin for communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Expertise with Google Suite (specifically Sheets and Slides) and experience using a CRM.
• Must be based in Singapore.
