What you will do

• Lead strategic partnerships with major federal primes including Leidos, Booz Allen Hamilton, and Northrop Grumman.
• Identify and activate mission-focused boutique federal consultancies and AI-native partners.
• Co-develop solution offerings, reference architectures, and proposal language for agentic AI frameworks.
• Own and drive the partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue pipeline.
• Manage selective relationships with AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, and GCP Public Sector teams.
• Create the operational blueprint for scaling federal partnerships from mapping to executive engagement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in federal partner management or business development with a track record of monetizing FSI relationships.
• Existing network within the business development and AI/ML practices of major federal primes.
• Technical fluency in LLMs, agentic frameworks, and federal infrastructure (FedRAMP, IL4/IL5, zero-trust).
• Active security clearance (Secret or higher) or existing clearance eligibility.
• Proven ability to navigate high-growth startup environments and execute independently.
• Strong operational rigor in pipeline management and CRM hygiene.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at an open-source, developer tools, or infrastructure software company.
• Familiarity with federal procurement vehicles such as GSA Schedule, OTAs, and BPAs.
• Knowledge of federal data environments and compliance frameworks like NIST and CMMC.
