Salary: $95,000 – $171,000

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design and development of girls’ knit apparel for owned-brand collections.
• Develop product design concepts and detailed specifications for fabrics, trims, washes, and construction.
• Conduct global trend research and market analysis to identify emerging styles and consumer preferences.
• Create seasonal design directions, including color palettes and artwork concepts.
• Collaborate with technical designers, sourcing partners, and merchants to resolve production challenges.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a high-performance team culture.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in apparel design, preferably within knitwear or children’s apparel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Apparel Design, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong expertise in garment construction, textiles, and fit for cut-and-sew knit products.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and digital design tools.
• Must be based in the United States.
