Enterprise Workday Administrator (Workday): Own and configure the Workday platform, driving tenant setup, releases, enhancements, and documentation with an accent on tier-3 troubleshooting, security/access control, and cross-functional change management. Salary: $116,000 annually (fixed rate)

What you will do
- Manage Workday tenant configuration, business processes, and system settings.
- Lead Workday updates, releases, and system enhancements; evaluate and implement new Workday features.
- Provide tier-3 escalation support for complex Workday issues and manage ticket queues.
- Train and enable tier-1 and tier-2 support teams; maintain system documentation and training materials.
- Run Workday change control with HR, Finance, and IS stakeholders; communicate updates, secure approvals, and implement changes.
- Manage vendor relationships and third-party support; oversee integrations, reporting, and system security.
Requirements
- Work authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis; no visa sponsorship.
- 7+ years of hands-on Workday administration (tenant management, business processes, security roles/access control, integrations, reporting, and release management).
- Proficiency in tier-3 support, troubleshooting, report building, and system documentation.
- Experience with cloud platforms, enterprise integrations (EIB, Core Connect, APIs, Workday Studio), and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with data reporting/analytics tools (e.g., Prism, calculated fields, dashboards).
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems/IT/Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Workday certifications (HCM, Finance, Security) and/or additional Workday security/reporting certifications; CompTIA A+ or other IT certifications.
- Experience with identity and access management and IT security best practices.
- Experience managing third-party integrations, application administration, and leading committees.
