Salary: $97,000–$145,000 base pay range

What you will do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements and provide performance feedback to team members at engagement close
• Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on risk assessment, audit procedures, and reporting
• Oversee day-to-day audit engagement operations: staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and conclusion
• Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions
• Support clients with GAAP compliance and adoption of FASB Accounting Standard Updates; address concerns and resolve issues proactively
• Serve as an instructor for firm/department training and participate in community, networking, and business development activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required
• CPA license required
• 5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting
• Experience with revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, convertible debt, and capitalized software preferred
• Experience with SAFE (Simple Agreements for Future Equity) preferred
• Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites
