Audit Manager (Technology Industry)

Location: Remote work may be available; discuss work preferences with the recruiter. Travel to client sites may be required up to 10%.

Salary: $97,000–$145,000 annually, plus potential discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements across multiple teams.
• Oversee staffing, planning, budgeting, risk assessment, fieldwork, financial reporting, and engagement conclusions.
• Partner with Senior Managers, Directors, and Partners on audit procedures, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Research and communicate guidance on complex accounting matters and transactions.
• Help clients maintain GAAP compliance and adopt FASB Accounting Standard Updates.
• Teach firm and department training programs and contribute to networking and business development activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• CPA license required.
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in public accounting.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, convertible debt, and capitalized software.
• Experience with SAFE agreements.
