Salary: $150,000–$250,000/year + 0.01%–0.1% equity.

What you will do
- Own the end-to-end customer onboarding process from contract signature to production deployment.
- Partner with the growth team to conduct technical demos and build custom POCs that close deals.
- Identify and drive account expansion opportunities by surfacing new use cases and increasing usage.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for QBRs, escalations, and long-term partnership management.
- Build custom integrations and technical validations to unblock prospects and accelerate sales cycles.
- Synthesize customer feedback into actionable product intelligence for the engineering and product teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Technical Account Manager).
- Strong on-camera presence with the ability to lead technical discovery and business reviews without scripts.
- Technical depth sufficient to build POCs, debug integrations, and discuss complex API architectures.
- Growth-oriented mindset focused on expansion potential and revenue impact.
- Ability to work in a high-urgency environment with rapid turnaround times for customer requests.
- US Citizenship or valid visa required for San Francisco-based roles.
