Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on engineering experience with a track record of building scalable solutions.
• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams with a focus on talent retention and motivation.
• Familiarity with web application development, API design, and cloud infrastructure (AWS).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong sense of ownership.
• Must be based in New York City and willing to work in the office 3 days per week.
