What you will do

• Recruit and educate Key Opinion Leaders within the OBGYN medical community.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to ensure rapid product distribution.
• Hire, train, and provide constructive feedback to sales professionals to maximize team potential.
• Design and implement territory alignments to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to represent company business interests.
• Spend significant time in the field with sales professionals to provide direction and coaching.

Requirements

• Must reside in Northern California
• Minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in diagnostic laboratories.
• Minimum 3 years of physician sales experience in diagnostic laboratory business.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Background in medical or biological sciences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
