Salary: $80,000 – $90,000 + variable

What you will do

• Deliver group and individual training on products, sales processes, and technology.
• Coach and mentor sales professionals to elevate their performance.
• Lead sessions on sales and leadership best practices.
• Support the onboarding and interviewing process for new hires.
• Develop and adapt engaging training content and materials.
• Leverage Microsoft Office Suite and other tools to support learning.

Requirements

• 5+ years of combined experience in sales, sales leadership, or sales enablement.
• At least 1 year of experience as a successful quota-carrying sales associate.
• Proven track record in training, coaching, or mentoring others.
• Ability to design and adapt training programs.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Lehi, Utah.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Salesforce, LinkedIn, Gong, or LMS tools.
