TL;DR
Sales Enablement Lead (SaaS): Building and scaling enablement programs to accelerate sales performance and improve seller consistency in the healthcare patient engagement space with an accent on training, content creation, and process optimization. Focus on designing onboarding experiences, developing sales assets for biopharma personas, and tracking enablement KPIs.
Location: New York, NY. This role is 4x in office.
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 + equity

What you will do
- Design and manage an exceptional onboarding experience for new sales hires, including AEs and Solutions Engineers.
- Develop high-impact sales assets such as pitch decks, demo frameworks, buyer persona playbooks, and competitive battlecards.
- Drive adoption and optimization of key sales tools, including CRM and sales engagement platforms.
- Translate product updates into clear sales narratives and surface voice-of-customer trends across cross-functional teams.
- Define and track enablement KPIs such as ramp time, quota attainment, and win rates.
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales training at a SaaS/tech company.
- Must be based in New York (role is 4x in office).
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging enablement programs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a data-driven mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience in healthcare tech, life sciences SaaS, or complex B2B solutions.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and Outreach.
- Background working with both field and inside sales teams.
