Program Manager

Location: Hybrid role based in the United States, with office locations in Minneapolis, MN; Cincinnati, OH; or Chicago, IL.

Salary: $95,000–$115,000 per year, based on experience.

What you will do

• Manage projects from initiation through implementation and deployment, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and against agreed objectives.
• Balance resources, budgets, timelines, quality controls, and risks across the program.
• Develop contracts and design delivery teams aligned with program objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and grow project managers and producers while improving delivery practices and methodologies.
• Collaborate with account management and client stakeholders on roadmaps, briefings, timelines, expectations, and issue resolution.
• Serve as the primary client interface and contribute to new business and pitch initiatives.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of analyst, project management, program management, technical, and/or business experience.
• Agency experience and experience working with agile teams are required.
• Understanding of agile software development methodologies, specifically Scrum.
• Significant experience leading, mentoring, and inspiring teams.
• Ability to operate under tight deadlines and balance people, processes, and systems.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
