Program Manager IV (Healthcare)

Location: Remote from anywhere in the United States. U.S. work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

Salary: $87,700–$157,800 per year

What you will do

• Coordinate implementation of regulatory requirements, including the REAL Health Providers Act, Medicaid Mega Rule, state-specific directory regulations, and RARR compliance reporting.
• Lead large-scale cross-functional programs covering planning, scope, schedules, budgets, deliverables, and process improvement.
• Coordinate project managers and business analysts across Operations, Finance, Benefit Operations, and other workgroups.
• Create executive dashboards, status reports, steering committee documents, and ongoing analytics.
• Manage risks, dependencies, forecasts, issues, and remediation plans while escalating decisions to leadership.
• Develop and present best-practice and training materials for employees, peers, and indirect reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 8 years of program or project management experience.
• Experience leading functional areas or managing cross-functional teams on large-scale projects, including staff supervision responsibilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise-scale provider data governance, master data management, or healthcare data quality programs.
• Healthcare or managed care experience.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
• Master’s degree in a related field.
