Director, Project Delivery

Location: Remote (US)

Salary: $140,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead project delivery from scoping and definition through execution, approval planning, and lessons learned.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and programs while serving as a leader for the Project Management department.
• Drive cross-functional delivery, roadmap planning, problem solving, client satisfaction, and operational excellence.
• Create and improve processes, procedures, standards, and business management systems, including workflow automation.
• Manage project burn reports, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve staff and team conflicts.
• Lead, coach, and mentor APMs, PMs, and SPMs, including direct reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of project management experience in a healthcare agency environment.
• Detailed knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing, including broadcast, print, digital, and medical/legal/regulatory review.
• Expert project management skills and experience with agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodologies.
• Expert proficiency with MS Office, project planning software such as MS Project or Smartsheet, and production tools such as Egnyte, JIRA, Asana, and content management systems.
• Strong experience with traditional and digital campaigns, web technologies, integrations, application management, and hosting.
