Program Manager (AI)

Location: Remote, Colorado, United States; occasional travel to company sites and flexibility to work extended hours or weekends when required.

Salary: $92,880–$154,800 USD gross base pay annually, excluding bonuses, benefits-related payments, and other incentives.

What you will do

• Define, document, prioritize, and validate requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and program feasibility.
• Develop program vision, strategy, roadmaps, timelines, ownership models, success criteria, and go/no-go gates.
• Own delivery across concurrent initiatives, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, resources, change requests, scope, timelines, and costs.
• Coordinate engineering, operations, design, data science, client stakeholders, and vendor partners through planning, sprints, status meetings, presentations, and executive briefings.
• Plan launches, demos, training, test plans, user acceptance testing, phased rollouts, adoption, and operational readiness.
• Define KPIs and dashboards, report outcomes, analyze data, and lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in program management, product management, or a related field, including enterprise-level projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi-workstream programs, track deliverables, drive accountability, and make decisions in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with Jira, Asana, or Trello and a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methods, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Technical fluency in APIs, data pipelines, integrations, deployment decisions, validation, and human-in-the-loop automation safety.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is required.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with LLM platforms and agentic AI frameworks, including Claude, GPT, or Gemini.
• Product, program, or Agile certifications.
• Familiarity with network operations, ticketing, dispatch workflows, SLA and MTTR concepts, data center and fiber optic networking software, or utility operations software.
