What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day field operations, site logistics, and workforce safety compliance.
• Maintain and update project schedules in collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Enforce jobsite rules and implement the organization's quality control plan.
• Manage professional client relationships and communicate project disruptions effectively.
• Coordinate with the safety director to ensure strict adherence to safety plans.
• Provide input on the schedule of values and update project completion percentages for billing.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in field construction supervision.
• OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications required.
• High school diploma required; graduate of an applicable trade school is preferred.
• Thorough understanding of Federal, multi-state, and local construction safety regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform routine driving to regional project sites.
• Legal authorization to work in the USA is mandatory.
