What you will do

• Direct overall construction efforts, including coordination of craft labor, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Manage project construction and startup costs to meet established budgets and schedules.
• Implement and enforce Construction Processes and Procedures Manual (CPPM) and safety protocols.
• Lead the site management team and foster relationships with clients, owners, and partners.
• Oversee quality assurance, commissioning, and testing plans to ensure project success.
• Champion LEAN concepts and continuous improvement efforts across the site.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction management on similar projects with a Bachelor's degree.
• Alternatively, 8+ years of experience with 3 years at a superintendent level on large projects without a degree.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screening.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in extreme temperatures.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
