What you will do

• Lead day-to-day field execution of construction projects, including site logistics and labor coordination.
• Develop and manage project schedules in coordination with subcontractors and internal teams.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and maintain OSHA standards.
• Implement and maintain quality control plans to meet company and client expectations.
• Track project progress and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure productivity and labor continuity.

Requirements

• 3 to 10+ years of experience in field construction supervision (depending on level).
• OSHA 30-hour certification is required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to regional project sites.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• CPR/First Aid certification (required for Level II and III).
