What you will do

• Oversee construction site operations from planning to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors and job site operations for job order contracts.
• Perform daily safety inspections to ensure all working conditions follow company, contract, and government standards.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to review project scope, develop timetables, and update schedules.
• Maintain daily project reports via the contract intranet and manage punch-list completion and project closeout.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (E-Verify participant).
• Ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, and resources effectively under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, ProCore, Adobe, and BlueBeam.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is highly desired.
