What you will do

• Supervise field employees, providing direction, training, and performance management.
• Administer company safety programs and perform regular site safety audits.
• Plan and prioritize installation schedules and manpower requirements using project management tools.
• Monitor job status, identify risks, and manage project budgets and change orders.
• Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues, perform quality audits, and review progress with customers.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and maintain relationships with owners, consultants, and architects.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in York, PA
• Thorough knowledge of the construction industry and general management skills.
• Ability to interpret technical instructions, blueprints, and mathematical data.
• Strong communication skills for reporting, contract proposals, and customer interaction.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local elevator industry code requirements.
• Experience managing departmental or field-level operations.
