What you will do

  • Manage construction business development and execution for conventional, combined cycle, and simple cycle power projects.
  • Develop and implement craft resourcing strategies and comprehensive workforce planning.
  • Oversee project delivery with full accountability for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and safety.
  • Conduct construction readiness and gate reviews prior to major project activities.
  • Establish and maintain high-trust relationships with key clients, alliance partners, and subcontractors.
  • Champion continuous improvement and change management efforts within construction operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • 10-20 years of construction operations experience.
  • 10+ years of EPC experience specifically with conventional, simple, and combined cycle projects.
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager on at least two major projects exceeding $200m.
  • OSHA 10 certification.
  • Physical ability to perform hard labor in extreme weather conditions for up to 12-hour shifts.
