What you will do

• Manage day-to-day field operations, including site logistics planning and workforce safety compliance.
• Develop and update project schedules in collaboration with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff.
• Implement and maintain organization quality control plans and safety standards.
• Foster professional relationships with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure project success.
• Oversee large and complex work sites, ensuring efficient completion without interrupting client operations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in field construction supervision as a superintendent or foreman.
• OSHA 30-hour and CPR/First-Aid certifications.
• High school diploma required; graduate of an applicable trade school preferred.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to perform routine regional driving and occasional overnight travel.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.
