What you will do

• Monitor and report on construction activities to ensure compliance with the CPM schedule.
• Coordinate daily and weekly work plans with subcontractors and other discipline superintendents.
• Resolve technical issues related to drawings, quality, and quantity tracking.
• Develop and monitor 3-week look-ahead schedules for assigned work scopes.
• Review timesheets, installed quantity reports, and progress payment requests.
• Ensure all safety and quality standards are strictly followed on the construction site.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction field leadership experience on equivalent projects.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• OSHA 10 certification required.
• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying temperature extremes.
• Strong knowledge of construction guides, manuals, and legal contract understanding (EPC/Subcontracts).
• Ability to pass pre-employment onboarding requirements including background checks and drug screens.

Nice to have

• Construction Management or Engineering degree.
• Experience with Simple Cycle and Combined Cycle construction.
• Training in cost control, back charges, and schedule management.
