What you will do

• Develop and implement innovative HSEQ programs and safety strategies.
• Coordinate safety documentation, including manuals, training records, and drug testing programs.
• Manage workers' compensation claims and the Return-to-Work program.
• Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and incident investigations to identify root causes.
• Facilitate safety committee meetings and provide coaching to field operations teams.
• Deliver safety orientations and training for employees and contractors.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of safety experience in an industrial construction setting.
• Demonstrated progression of management responsibility in a safety professional role.
• Broad-based background in construction processes including excavation, lifting, rigging, and working at height.
• Strong technical writing, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to walk extensively and climb stairs, ladders, or scaffolds in diverse work environments.

• B.S. in Safety, Occupational Health, or HSEQ.
