Salary: $76,096 - $114,144

What you will do

• Lead the submittal process for RFP/RFQ responses in collaboration with sector leadership.
• Write and design proposal content and marketing collateral using InDesign.
• Develop win themes and supporting information to enhance competitive advantage.
• Coordinate preparation sessions for short-list interviews and provide coaching to teams.
• Maintain marketing data and KPIs in Deltek Vantagepoint.
• Assist with market research and the development of project profiles and web bios.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, or business administration.
• 5+ years of professional experience, preferably in engineering, construction, or architecture.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs and work outside normal business hours as needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with Deltek Enterprise Software and Open Asset.
